It sounds like a wellness buzzword that escaped from the yoghurt aisle and landed somewhere it does not belong.
Except that litter box smell is a bacterial process, and the idea is less silly than it first appears.
Which bags actually contain probiotics
Not every Boxiecat bag contains the probiotics this review is about. What probiotics are actually doing in there
Start with where the smell comes from, because that is what makes this idea coherent rather than decorative.
Cat urine contains urea. Bacteria in the box break urea down and release ammonia, which is the sharp smell that hits you walking past a neglected litter box.
